Amazing beach, friendly staff, nice pool, decent breakfast, good value.

The Service provided was excellent. Staff was incredibly helpful. Location with private walkway and beach access was wonderful. This beach access had lounge chairs/cushions, umbrellas and bar service provided by the hotel. Veranda on the hotel and outside accomodations were great for the beachside location.

The rooms are very basic, but adequate. There is no balcony for each room. You had to use the hotel's main outside accomodations to stay outside away from the beach. But, given the hotel has just a few rooms, it was never a problem to find a comfortable spot to relax out of the sun. The location is far enough away from Cesme that you had to take a taxi into town. Taxi cost about 20 - 25 tl each way.

The hotel is located in a beach neighborhood and breakfast is served in the garden, making it a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to both Cesme town center and the beautiful Ilica beach. It was just a short drive away from the main beach strip, which meant I could enjoy a more peaceful and less crowded environment. The hotel staff were very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The room amenities were top-notch, with an electric kettle and a flat-screen TV for my convenience. The breakfast served in the dining area was absolutely delicious, providing a perfect start to my day. The hotel also had a fantastic swimming pool where I could relax and cool off after a day of exploring.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel staff was very helpful and nice, Clean rooms, excellent food, the beach is in front of the hotel, nice and quiet place and it's good for the value.

the location was excellent, the rooms were well laid out and very clean.The view was sensational and the swimming pool extremely clean and well kept.The staff went above and beyond the call of duty> I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to go back. We were booked in for 1 night and extended our stay to 4 nights

On the last night there was a very noisy disco across the road which made it difficult to sleep

We loved the location of this hotel - it was on the beach with easy access to the city centre of Cesme. The breakfast served in the garden was enjoyable and filling. The beach club was great and there were facilities provided such as tea, coffee, water and cookies for free. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

the location (very close to a nice, private beach with very clear water), the rooms (clean, seaview), very friendly staff. Emir, the manager's son, was very helpful, answering all our questions. breakfast was extraordinary!

if you do not have a good gps, it might be difficult to find the location. we used google maps on iphone.

We stayed at the Rooms Hotel for 3 nights. It was a very nice friendly famliy run hotel which was located directly on a private beach with direct access. The pool was nice and big. The breakfast was nice and healthy and was served in the garden. The owner Berna was very friendly & her son Emre makes one of the best pizza. They both speak good English. The view from the room was beautiful.

Rooms a bit too small especially if you have a kid. The shower water in the room turns from very hot to very cold suddenly.

Located just steps away from the beach, this hotel offers a great location for a beach holiday. Guests can enjoy easy access down to the beach and enjoy the green garden surroundings. the rooms are clean and well, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the breakfast provided is also a nice touch and provides ample options for a good start to the day.

Guests should note that the hotel does not have an elevator.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient for my business meetings as it was close to the conference center.

The room was outdated and had a strange smell. the noise from the minibar was disruptive to my sleep and the air conditioner was old, leading to poor climate control.

The hotel has a great location right on the beach, which offered wonderful views during my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options were delicious.

While the location was ideal, the room itself was quite basic and lacked some amenities I had hoped for. the prices for food and drinks were higher than I anticipated.
